CRA letter content: The text of CRA letters you upload for interpretation. This may contain personal tax information.
Payment information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Usage data & Cookies: We use cookies and local storage to analyze how you interact with our service and to attribute referral sources. We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking.

To provide and improve our CRA letter interpretation service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To communicate with you about your account and our service

4. Data Protection

Your CRA letters and personal data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your data is stored on secure servers in Canada and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your interpretation data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated CRA letter content and interpretations are permanently removed within 30 days.

Clerk: Authentication and user management
Stripe: Payment processing
PostHog: Privacy-preserving product analytics
Anthropic (Claude): AI-powered letter interpretation

Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
